Terapia de estiramiento y movilidad

Stretch & Mobility Therapy is a hands-on and movement-based session designed to reduce stiffness and improve range of motion. It combines joint mobilisation techniques with targeted stretching to support better movement quality, comfort and recovery.

About Stretch & Mobility Therapy

Stretch and mobility therapy is a hands-on, movement-based session designed to ease stiffness and help you move more freely. It combines assisted stretching, joint mobilisation and guided movement, adapted to the areas where you feel restricted.

It suits people who sit for long hours, train regularly or simply feel stiffer than they would like. Some techniques are passive, with your practitioner moving you, while others are active, with you working through guided movements. You leave with simple exercises to keep progress going at home.
