Originally from Italy, Alberto\u2019s interest in movement and rehabilitation began through his experience in football. After playing for the professional U.S. Lecce Academy and experiencing recurrent muscle injuries, he became deeply motivated to explore rehabilitation and pursue a career in physiotherapy.
After graduating in 2023, he worked in a physiotherapy clinic in southern Italy, treating both public and private patients across a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions. During this time, he collaborated closely with a highly skilled osteopath, an experience that strongly inspired him to pursue a career in osteopathy.

He is currently studying osteopathy at HSU, where he continues to develop his manual therapy skills while expanding his knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and pain science. Having experienced overload injuries himself, he has a strong physiological understanding of how soft tissue techniques, lymphatic drainage and joint mobilisation can enhance recovery, both after intensive training sessions, and in cases of posture-related muscle tension (e.g. desk job). He currently works as a sports massage therapist with LDN Physios and as a physiotherapist in Brixton and Clapham.
Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities, running, playing sports, practising martial arts, dancing\u2026 and cooking of course, as a true Italian food lover.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
